You’ve done so much with Broadway, For someone who is an aspiring broadway actor, what would you say is the best way to find auditions and break into the industry?

do you look to offer professional parts to uk graduates whom have completed theatre circuit but not yet succombed their first west end credit in the main due to lack of the auditioning process
i would love to complete a musical theatre part on broadway
